We are newbie real estate investors wanting to get into the market, with very little experience and knowledge. We tried to work with a real estate agent before but felt that we were not getting enough time and guidance from him. We saw a few properties with him where he hardly spent 10 minutes showing us the properties, never discussed financials, and rushed us to make decisions. And then, we met Manisha through Zolo, and she changed our perspective on real estate investments entirely. During the first meeting, she walked us through several options and gave us the cash flow analysis and comparables for each option. Also, she patiently answered all of our questions. Within 3 days, we purchased our first investment property. She helped us through every step - from initial signing through closure. Throughout the transaction, she was very professional and responded to our texts and emails very promptly.
